The Heart Healthy Employers Programme creates a partnership in which we’ll help you measurably and visibly engage your team in their own heart health, improve their understanding, create heart champions, grow first responders and demonstrate your commitment to their health & wellbeing.

What's Included?

The Heart Healthy Employers Programme consists of a structure and highly engaging set of initiatives run over the course of a year, designed to improve both emergency readiness and engagement in heart health, producing tangible and measurable benefits. It includes:

  • CPR and AED Training with certification and Defib-Ready Workplace status.
  • Know Your Numbers Screenings plus the Improve Your Numbers Challenge.
  • Heart Healthy Micro-Course with tracked completions and certificates, co-branded to you.
  • Quarterly co-branded Heart Healthy Periodical delivered to every employee.
  • Two in-company Education Talks tailored to your staff.
  • A nominated Heart Champion supported by CHF to lead workplace initiatives.
