Nolan\, a courageous heart warrior\, fought bravely through multiple open-heart surgeries before passing away at seven months of age. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout CHD\n\n\n\nCongenital Heart Disease is the most common birth defect\, affecting nearly 1 in 100 babies globally. CHD encompasses a variety of structural heart abnormalities that occur during fetal development\, often requiring lifelong medical care\, surgery\, or specialized support. Despite medical advances\, CHD remains a leading cause of infant mortality and continues to pose challenges for families worldwide. \n\n\n\nThis walk is an opportunity to support heart warriors and remember the angels\, like Nolan\, who inspire us to push forward in our efforts for better outcomes and awareness.
